To submit your application, you MUST have the following:
1. Drivers license or state issued ID
2. A Valid Social Security Number
3. 3 months’ worth of pay stubs, one of which must show a detailed history of previous year (SSI award letters also accepted).
4. There is a $35 application fee Section 8 is not accepted.
Your application will remain on file for 30 days. If it is not completed within that time frame, you will need to complete a new application. By clicking the continue button below, I acknowledge that I understand these requirements.
Application Requirements
The following requirements are needed with application:
1. Copy of photo ID for ALL 18 and older in home
2. Copy of social for EVERYONE in the home
3. Copy of last 4 check stubs for proof of income for ALL 18 and older in home
4. $35 Application Fee per application (Money Order Only)
5. If You receive any Social Security, SSI, or Veteran Benefits please bring your award letter
6: Your application will be cancelled if these steps are not completed within 48 Hours
